We want you to be happy with your Jules & Vetiver scent and always value your feedback, so we have a 30 day return policy that starts from the date you received your order. Simply contact us with your order details and we'll send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Once your return is received, we'll provide a full refund of the purchase price to your original method of payment. The only thing we can't refund is any original shipping fees, if you've chosen an upgraded shipping method for your order.
